How fast can we actually deploy?

A scouting phase takes one to two weeks. A first working system — on your real data, used by your team — typically lands within two to six weeks depending on data access. Full hardening and rollout follow from there.

How do you get our data in — do you connect to SCADA?

Pragmatically. The products run on public market, grid and weather feeds out of the box, and your operational data comes in through simple imports — for example, an hourly SCADA or meter CSV is all the twin needs for full performance validation. Deeper system integrations are scoped per engagement, not promised off the shelf.

Cloud or on-premise?

Both. Deployments run in your cloud tenancy, ours, or on-premise where operational or regulatory constraints require it. Data ownership stays with you in every model.

How customizable are the dashboards and reports?

Fully. Layouts, KPIs, thresholds, branding and report templates are configured per asset, team and audience — the same platform can serve a control room at 6 a.m. and a board meeting at noon.

How do engagements usually start?

Small and concrete: one asset, one painful problem, one pilot. If the pilot doesn't earn its keep, you walk away with your data and our documentation. Most don't walk away.
